We rent throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut and typically deliver within 20 miles of our North Kingstown location. We may also be able to deliver to locations more than 20 miles away for an additional fee. Our team will ensure that everything is set up properly and that you're comfortable using the equipment before they leave. (Please note that not all equipment is available for delivery - see individual rental pages for details.)

Our rental process is simple: choose your equipment, fill out a short form, and we'll arrange for delivery. Most items can be delivered as soon as the next business day. If you select in-store pick up, simply choose the day and time that works best for you.

Absolutely. All of our rental equipment undergoes a rigorous cleaning and sanitization process between rentals to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

Yes, we offer flexible rental periods ranging from a few days or a week to several months to accommodate both short-term and long-term needs.

Depending on the item and rental duration, a refundable security deposit may be required. This will be fully detailed during the rental agreement process.

We provide full support for any issues during the rental period. If your equipment malfunctions, we'll provide phone support to help fix the issue right away. If repair or replacement is needed, we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Certainly. If you need to extend your rental, simply contact us before your rental period ends, and we'll arrange an extension based on availability.

We understand that plans can change. We offer a full refund of rental deposits until 48 from the start of the rental term. If you cancel less than 48 hours from the start of the rental term your deposit is not eligible for refund. If you cancel or cut short your rental for any reason other than equipment defect after the term has already begun, we reserve the right to retain the entire amount paid on the rental agreement.

To book a rental you will need to provide a valid government-issued identification card and payment in the form of a debit or credit card. Payment is due prior to delivery or upon in-store pickup.

When you book a reservation, please have basic information about the user and rental details readily available, for instance: age, height, weight, diagnosis or mobility needs, prior experience with the type of item being rented, rental dates and times, etc — any and all information that you feel would be helpful for our staff to determine the proper equipment that is needed.

Yes! If you decide to purchase your equipment at the end of the rental period, 75% of your rental cost will go toward the price for the equipment.

Yes, we deliver to homes, apartments, airports, hotels, wedding venues and more!

Don’t worry! We'll deliver the device so that it is waiting for you when you arrive. We also have a secure site at our North Kingstown location for after-hours rentals; just let us know in advance and we'll provide a unique code for you to access the lockup for pickup and/or dropoff.
