Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Rates charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Mobility Equipment LLC, which is why we accept returns within 14 days if your order is defective. Any products ordered that are non-defective, may be non-refundable or are subject to an assessed restocking fee up to 50%. Please be 100% positive of your purchase. Shower chairs, commodes, bath equipment and items that are soiled are not eligible for return under any circumstance. Items that were specially modified, custom fit, or directly ordered from a manufacturer and drop shipped to your residence or business are also not eligible for return. We do allow exchanges of replacement parts that were improperly identified or defective. If you purchased an item in order to repair a product, and you need to exchange that item, you will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you will have to pay return shipping. We reserve the right to accept or deny any return request. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions to follow. Do NOT mail your return without prior authorization.
Here are the clarifications:
- Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).
Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
