Rental Policies, Terms, and Conditions

  • Credit/debit card and government-issued ID are required
  • Emergency/rush charges may apply
  • Rates subject to change based on availability
  • Additional charges will apply if rental item is returned defective, dirty, soiled, smoke-damaged or damaged in general
  • Additional labor charges may apply if rented product requires special customizations, parts, accessories, etc
  • Rental Agreement/Liability Waiver must be completed in full prior to or upon delivery/in-store pickup
  • Additional charges will apply for 2nd floor delivery & 2 person deliveries
  • Reservation to be paid in full prior to delivery
  • Customers must notify Mobility Equipment Recyclers immediately of any accidents or damage.
  • Rental reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before the start date for a full refund.** Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Mid-rental cancellations, except for defective equipment, are non-refundable. **Does not apply to beach wheelchair rentals, see below
  • Once reserved, beach wheelchair rentals are non-refundable due to high seasonal demand and low inventory
